RAMSARAN, Percival Nathan - (December 2nd, 1929 - November 29th, 2020)
Percival Nathan Ramsaran, born on December 2nd, 1929, passed away just three days short of his 91st birthday on November 29th, 2020.
Born in Knollis, Bog Walk, St. Catherine, Jamaica, West Indies.
He is survived by his beloved wife Pauline (Dotty) of 68 years, his eight children; Richard (Lola), Pamela (Kevin), Marlene (John), Peter, John (Janine), Christopher (Joy), Michele (Gary) and James, 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
He worked for many years at Nestle Jamaica in the Accounting Department until his retirement.
Percy was a family man and enjoyed fixing cars, home appliances, and building gadgets in his spare time. He had a keen interest in mechanics and photography, was an avid reader of Popular Mechanics, National Geographic, murder mysteries and more. He shared these interests with his children, providing the building blocks for them to excel in their respective fields.
Percy and his loving wife Pauline were devoted to each other, and filled their children’s lives with love, building a strong family foundation that their children would emulate in their own lives.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME where a Family funeral will take place on Saturday December 5th.
