Survived by Patricia, his beloved wife of 63 years.
Loving father of Bevis (Diane), Victor (Christine), and Steven (Brenda).
Cherished Grandfather to Andrew, Matthew (Ann), Jonathan, Derek, Caitlin (Will), Drew, Evan, Larissa & Great Grandfather to Oliviana and Henry.
Augusto immigrated to Canada in 1966 from Portugal to provide a better life for his family.
Proud retiree of General Motors of Canada for over 30 years.
One of the founding members of the Portuguese communities in Oshawa; Faithful Christian and longtime member of the Pentecostal community.
We are going to miss you immensely but the legacy of love you left behind will continue to be passed down from generation to generation. We know you will be watching over us all.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family funeral will be held, and a celebration of life will be arranged later once restrictions are lifted.
