WHITE, Gavin - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gavin White announces his passing at the age of 84 on January 17, 2021.
Born in Douglastown, Gaspe in 1936.
Loving husband of Evelyn for over 20 years. Father of Darcy and dear son of the late Bertha and Rolland White. Brother to Phyllis, Brendan and the late Reid and Sherdan. Stepfather to Sean (Noula), Maxine (Sylvain), Yvonne (Peter) and loving Pappy to grandson Brandon.
Gavin leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins and will be dearly missed by all.
Gavin loved playing his fiddle and guitar and for many years was a member of the Old Tyme Fiddlers Association.
He loved the freedom of his motorhome and was fortunate to spend many years touring across North America with Evelyn as his co-pilot.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Association.
Due to the restrictions surrounding Covid-19 a private family visitation was held.
