Beloved wife of Daniel Jones for 50 years. Proud mother of Julie (Ian), Ray, Kristie and predeceased by her daughter Amanda.
Loving grandma to Josh, Bryce, Liam, Catrin and Rhianne.
Loved by her in-laws, and many nieces and nephews. Pat will be sincerely missed by her cherished dart friends.
Funeral Arrangements with Morris Funeral Chapel, Bowmanville, Ontario, on Monday, March 1, 2021.
Pat will then be laid to rest at a private family service at the Thornton Cemetery on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.
