JERONIMO, Maria Nazare - (February 26th, 1941 - March 7th, 2021)
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 80.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Ramiro.
Loving mother of Vasco (Joanne) and Nelson (Shelley).
Cherished Avó of Adam (Danielle), Sara (Steven), Alana and Gracie.
Special Avó of Eddie.
Dear sister of Carlos, Manuela, Mario, Belmira and the late Salvador.
Maria will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and extended family.
Maria left Portugal to join her husband in Canada in 1963, where they worked very hard and established themselves. She was a longtime employee of Chrysler Trim Plant in Ajax.
She will be remembered as a fantastic mother and grandmother. She was influential in shaping the lives of her grandchildren and it is something for which they will always be grateful.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa).

A Private Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 11th at 11 a.m. at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
