GODFREY, Sylvia - Sylvia left this physical world peacefully at Hillsdale Estates Long Term Care Home on Thursday March 18, 2021 at the age of 73.
Daughter of the late Fred and Mary Mitchell.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald Godfrey.
Dear friend of her children’s father Raymond Northey.
Best friend of Eleanor Clarke of 44 years. Loving mother of Lisa Greer and her husband Len and Lynn Northey and her partner Mike Kessler.
Cherished grandmother of Madelyn, Mitchell and Meadow. Dear sister of Susan Mitchell-Hall.
Lovingly remembered by her nephew Robert Porter and her nieces Terri-Lyn Auger, Trishia Todd, Ashley Northey and Crystal Yaki.
Sylvia retired from Jack Bailey’s Chartered Accounting firm in 2009 after 25 dedicated years.
Sylvia loved spending time with her family, walking, drinking tea, watching Coronation Street, springer spaniels, shopping and enjoying a traditional British roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding.
At Sylvia’s request and Covid restrictions, a celebration of life date will be determined. Cremation has taken place.
In memory of Sylvia, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
