SCRAGGS, Russell Vernon - After a long battle of kidney failure Russell Scraggs passed away peacefully on April 27, 2021.
Russell Scraggs was born January 13, 1962 and lived 59 years bringing happiness and love to his family and friends.
Russell Vernon Race Scraggs was survived by his wife, Catherine Scraggs, Parents Roger and Gillian Scraggs, sister, Jackie Stavert and husband Gary Stavert, Niece, Leiane Beasley and husband Kevin Beasley.
Niece, Dana Waddington and husband Chris Waddington. Nephew Mitchell Stavert. Russell was a Great Uncle to Kylie, Ryan, Chloe and Andrew.
Russell will be dearly missed.
