COOK, Lynn - Peacefully on Thursday, May 5, 2015 at Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry, at age 66.
Lynn was the beloved daughter of the late Mabel (nee Ferneley) and Jack Cook Sr. of Prince Albert.
Loved sister of Jack Cook Jr. (deceased) and his wife Lucille (deceased), Marie and her husband Leo Donnelly (deceased) of Port Perry, Leanne Cook of Blackstock, and Robert Cook and his wife Heather of Blackstock.
Loving aunt of Adrian, Nicole, Tanner, and Kara and great aunt of Randi Lynn, Liam, Aidan, Declan, Tyler, Tavin and Tace and great great aunt of Amora-Rose.
Private arrangements. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation or the Oak Ridges Hospice of Durham.
