THEUNISSEN, Antoon Theunissen - November 22, 1929 - May 16 2021
It is with sadness but also profound gratitude for a full and wonderful life well lived that the family of Toon Theunissen announces his passing on May 16.
He had been in the excellent care of the nurses on the palliative floor at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the past 6 weeks.
Predeceased by his wife of 51 years Maria, survived by his daughters Christine (Kevin), Mathy-Ann (Terry), and Karen (Scott) and by his grandchildren Marielle, Alexandra, Adam and Marcus.
Toon will be lovingly remembered by his friends and family as the most caring, decent, intelligent man anyone could ever have the privilege of knowing.
A celebration of life will be held when gatherings may be permitted once again.
A private interment will be held at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
