BOWERS, Margarette “Bunny” (nee Driscoll) - April 21st, 1946 - June 9th, 2021
With great sadness, we announce that Bunny passed away unexpectedly at the Oshawa General Hospital on June 9, 2021. Loving, generous and courageous mother of Michael (Kristine), Christina (Dan), Jamie (Kerry), Jason (Kristal) and Jennifer (the late Scott). Devoted sister to Helen, Sharon (Dave), Karen, the late Patricia and the late Thomas. Cherished Nana to Chris, Alisha, Michelle, Brian, Cole, Mason, Andrew, Mackenzie, Matthew and Evan.
Bunny loved family get-togethers and socializing with friends. She loved life, with a passion for music, dancing, and caring for her plants.
She will be missed by countless friends and extended family members who shared many, many good times with her.
Special thanks to her dear friends who helped her in so many ways, including Yusimith, Monica and Gord, Penny, Calvin and Josh, and Jen and Kerry, among many others.
Sadly, because of covid-19 restrictions, the funeral service can be attended in person by immediate family only. However, her many friends and extended family will be able to watch the webcast at 8:00 pm on Monday, June 14th. You may access the webcast from the Photos & Videos tab both during and following the service. An in-person celebration of life will be held just as soon as covid restrictions are lifted.
