STARTEK, Patricia Ann - Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday June 11, 2021, at the age of 76.
Beloved wife of Gerry for 52 years, loving mother of Jennifer and Chris (Julie), devoted grandma of Emma and Quinn, sister of Susan Long (Gary) and Bob Hudson (Theresa).
Predeceased by her parents Sally and George Hudson.
Pat will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in Canada, England, and Australia.
Pat taught English for the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (Delta HS and Churchill HS) and the Durham District School Board (McLaughlin Collegiate and DASS).
She was an active volunteer in St. Gertrude’s Parish, Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Catholic Family Services, and Rose of Durham and was a member of the Catholic Women’s League.
Special thanks to Dr. Marcoux and Julie, Dr. Granton and TGH staff, and the Critical Care Unit in Oshawa for taking care of Pat.
Visitation will take place at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Friday June 18, 2021. As attendance will be limited, please use the link below to secure a time slot to visit.
A private, family funeral service will be held at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church, 690 King St. E, Oshawa. The service will also be livestreamed so friends can attend virtually.
