DANIELS, Maj. David Harvey (Ret.) - May 12th, 1941 - June 20th, 2021
David Harvey Daniels of Whitby, Ontario (formerly of Kentville, Nova Scotia), passed away at the age of 80 on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Born in Middleton, Nova Scotia, he was son of the late Harvey and Alice (née Sproule) Daniels.
David served his country honourably until his retirement as an officer in the Canadian Military.
He loved to spend time with his family and especially his grandkids.
David was also passionate and committed to the kids he coached for the Special Olympics curling team.
Predeceased by his devoted wife Antoinette, son Brian and brother Roger.
He is survived by his sons Derek (Mary) of Whitby, Ontario; Glen of Toronto, Ontario; sister, Jeanette; grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Marla, Peter and Emma, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish, Whitby, Ontario, on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 1:00pm.
