WALL, Barbara Ann - (November 16, 1931 – June 30, 2021)
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 30th, 2021 at Pinehaven Nursing Home, Kitchener in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of the late George.
Loving mother of John, Steven (Paula) and Scott (Marilaura).
Cherished grandmother of Peter, Nicole (Matthew), Brittany, Hannah (Andrew), Kevin, Ryan, and Alex and great-grandmother of Madelyn, Olivia and Everleigh.
Survived by her sisters Carol (Ross) Hamilton of Vancouver and Janet Ferguson of Oshawa.
Predeceased by her parents William and Alice Whittington.
Barbara graduated in 1953 from Ryerson with a diploma in Architectural Technology. She thoroughly enjoyed working in the Road Design Department of the City of Oshawa as a Senior Draftsman (29 years).
Always an avid gardener, upon retiring, Barbara embraced quilting with equal passion and produced many beautiful quilts and wall hangings.
A quiet woman, she will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who did whatever she could to support her loved ones.
Friends are invited for visitation at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street, West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday July 6th, from 3 – 5 p.m.
