LeBrun RogerLeBRUN, Roger LeBrun  – (September 20th, 1949 – July 26th, 2021)

Son of the late Chuck and Delores King.

Roger was born September 20, 1949 at Wellesley Hospital in Toronto.   He was the first of 5 children.

Growing up Roger loved to roller skate and boy could he skate! He was called Rubber Legs at the Terrace.

He also worked at the Terrace as a Cruiser for a short time.  That was where he met his wife and mother of his children “Beth LeBrun”.

Roger spent more than half his life working.  Some of those years working two jobs.  In the end he and his great work ethics retired July 5th, 2012 with his O.P.G. family (Ontario Power Generation).

Heading into family life, still skating mind you, kids, grandson and all. Roger loved to be on the water, whether it was pulling his son Shane behind the boat on ski’s or knee boards or just soaking up the sun.

On the boat is where you would find him.  Roger and Brooke would take a week and go away together on the boat.

When the cooler weather rolled in, you would find Roger on the couch with his daughter Brooke, each cheering for and arguing over their favorite football team.  Roger was a phenomenal father and a great provider and he will forever be missed.

Roger was survived by first and foremost his cat Buttins, his wife Beth and their two children Shane and Brooke and his one and only grandson Christopher.  His brothers and sisters, Delbert, Dale, Kimmy and David, many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews – love to all.

He will be missed by his children’s childhood friends on Eldorado Avenue.

He was a second dad to many.  Roger LeBrun, you are loved and will be missed dearly.
