LOCKE, William Gordon - (Retired 40-year employee of General Motors)
After a short battle with cancer at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday, August 14, 2021, Bill, at the age of 92.
Dear companion of Bess Durno and predeceased by his loving wife Jean of 37 years.
Loving and giving father of Gordon Locke, Sandra (Gary) Carmichael and Bill (Ruth) Locke.
Devoted Papa Bill to grandchildren Joanne, Leslie, Brian (Amanda), Tanya and Greg, and great-grandchildren Brennan, Anabelle, Ainslie, Lucas, Ada and Evelyn.
Predeceased by his sister Nancy and brother Luther.
Fondly remembered by the Durno family.
Bill built his own home and enjoyed woodworking and carving, sports and family BBQ’s around the pool.
