JEFFREY, Connie Jeffrey - With great sadness, the family of Concetta (Connie) Jeffrey announce her passing on Sunday October 10th, 2021 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Affectionately known as ‘Connbear’ she passed away peacefully at home with loved ones by her side.
She will be remembered as a loving wife to her husband Brien, a precious mom to daughter Chelsea (Florin) and son Jon Carlo, loving daughter of Anna Maria and Francesco Aceto, admired sister to Piero (Pina), Fernando (Josie) and beloved sister-in-law to Gary (Helen).
Devoted aunt to Nicholas, Amanda, Nolan, Kurt, Stefan (Francis), FrancRoss (Daniela) and great aunt to Maia, Luke Ava and Lia. Known for her loving nature and infectious laugh, she will forever be in our hearts and be remembered as a strong and determined woman.
She will be missed dearly by all including her aunts, uncles and numerous cousins in Canada, the United States and Italy.
