KACZOWKA, Phil - 1946 - 2021
The brothers of Phil Kaczowka are saddened to announce his passing on October 9, 2021 after many years of health issues.
To those who were a part of his life at home, on the job, in health-care or the community we thank you.
He shared fond thoughts about many people who enriched his life.
Due to the circumstances of Covid-19, no memorial service will be held.
His remains will be interred at a later time in Saskatchewan where he spent his early life.
To anyone wishing to make a donation in his memory is encouraged to do so to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
May you rest in peace dear brother, uncle and friend.
