SCOTT, Jacqueline 'Jackie' Alice - (December 23rd, 1958 - October 19th, 2021)
Passed away suddenly at Scarborough General Hospital on Tuesday October 19th, 2021, at the age of 62.
Loving mother of Jeffrey. Survived by her siblings; Jim (Gaye), Brenda, David (Karen), and Paul (Sue).
She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews; Rebbeccah, James, Heather, Nick, Whitney, Erin, Akina and Stephani.
Jackie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
