Peacefully with family by his side at The Wynfield LTC on Monday, November 8, 2021 on his 96th birthday.
Beloved husband of the late Muriel (nee Parsons).
Cherished father of Scott (Linda), Noel and Brenda (Barry Hyde).
Loving grandfather of Jason, Trevor, (Andrea), Erin (Shawn), Allison (Jay), Lindsey and Ashley and great grandfather of Austin, Ella, Aria, Isla, Jackson and James.
He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends across Canada.
Born in Wabana, Bell Island Newfoundland and then moved to Brampton, Bowmanville and Oshawa.
A special Thank You to the health care team and staff at the Wynfield Long Term Care, Oshawa.
A private family service will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484).
Interment at Thornton Cemetery.
