PICKERING, John (Jack) Pickering - Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday November 25, 2021 surrounded by his family.
Beloved husband of Ann, dearly loved dad of Colin and David and Loving father-in-law to Michelle.
Very proud and loving papa to Jason and Laura.
John (Jack) will be remembered by wonderful family and friends in Canada, Scotland and England.
A Stroke Survivor for 26 plus years.
He faced his medical and physical challenges with tremendous courage, determination and dignity.
If desired, donations to the OSCC John Street Adult Day Program in memory of Jack would be greatly appreciated.
Friends may join the family for visitation at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, Whitby, Ontario, on Tuesday December the 7th from 10:30-11:30am. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 11:30am. Proof of vaccination is required. Please call the funeral home to register for the visiting and service. The interment will be private, family only at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
