GREENSLADE, Sidney Wilfred - (September 8, 1938 – November 27, 2021)
Passed away peacefully on November 27, 2021, at home in Newcastle, in his 83rd year after a brief battle with lung cancer.
Beloved husband, best friend, and soulmate to Estelle Bailey-Greenslade.
Loving brother to Glenda DeSilva (Teddy). Devoted Father and Dad to Kim Wagget (Martin), Mark Greenslade (Mike), Jason Coxworthy (Cindy) and Nicole Coxworthy (Kim). Cherished Opa to Bradley Doyle (Shelby), Kyle Doyle (Aleksandra), and Lilia Coxworthy.
Predeceased by his parents, Sidney Leroy Greenslade and Ester Ethel Elizabeth Greenslade (nee Baker).
Born on the beautiful island of Bermuda, he moved his young family to Canada in 1974, and enjoyed his later years as a snowbird in Florida.
At Sid’s request, there will not be a visitation or funeral and the family has requested to mourn privately.
