PINEY, Ronald Charles - September 19, 1954 – January 3, 2022
After a short battle with cancer in his 68th year, Ron passed on Monday, January 3rd, 2022 at Lakeridge Health Port Perry with his wife by his side.
Beloved husband of Mary for 47 years.
Awesome father of Tina (J. L.) Gascon and Ben (Deanna) Piney. Cherished Grandpa of Casey, Brooke, Carleigh, Taylor Piney, and Elizabeth and Erik Gascon.
Loving son of Bev and the late David Piney.
Dear brother of David, Linda (Robert), Jim (Katherine), Kim (Lorne), Shelly (Jerry), Don (Dorothy), Tammy and the late Cindy (Doug), and brother-in-law of Bill Wilson (Linda) and Dave Wilson (Jocelyn).
Ron will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He will be sadly missed by his faithful dogs, Butch and Penny.
Memorial donations to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
As per Ron’s wishes, no service will be held at this time, however a gathering will be held at a later date.
