DOWN, Margaret - April 1, 1936 – February 22, 2022
It is with sadness that we announce that Margaret Down passed away on February 22, 2022 at home, surrounded by the love of her family.
Beloved wife of Elmer Down. Loved mother of Marie (Ted), Doug (Elaine), Roy (Marie), stepmother to Larry (Jodi), Roger and Elaine.
She will be missed by her grandchildren Aleisha (Ryan), Jenna (Brett), Joshua (Autumn), James, Quin (John), Steven (Marilyn), Devin (Sydney), Caitlin (Brent), Lara (Ryan), Alex (Sam), Lukas and Amelia and her seven great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her brother Herman Rodman.
Sister-in-law of Eunice. In lieu of flowers donations to Ebenezer United Church, Maple Grove United Church or Harmonize for Speech would be appreciated.
Visitation will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Sunday, February 27, from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m.
