Arthur was born July 4, 1954.
A memorial visitation for Arthur will be held Monday, April 18, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King St. West, followed by a memorial service at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Arthur's memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society; and MS Society of Canada.
