CHIU, Sandra Chiu - 1965 - 2022 Sandra Chiu passed away peacefully at home on Thursday May 11th, 2022, after losing her long-standing battle with metastatic ovarian cancer.
She leaves behind her incredible son, Ryan Chiu, partner of 22 years, Cameron Emberson, her mother, Marjorie McCorquodale, brother Doug McCorquodale with wife, Carolyn and son Dylan, sister Karen and her partner Paul.
Pre-deceased by her father, Don McCorquodale.
Sandra enjoyed running, slo-pitch, volleyball, paddle boarding, boating, shopping and last but not least beaches.
She will be remembered for her tenacity, strength of character, integrity and philanthropy.
Sandra always knew how to have fun, which she brought to everyday life.
She’s now off to her forever beach, where you will always find her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the McEachnie Family Centre (22 Church St. Ajax ON).
