WIERSMA, Liskje (Lis) Wiersma - Liskje was born in Friesland Netherlands in 1930, gone home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Tuesday June 7th, 2022 at the age of 92.
Loving wife of the late Rense (Ron) (2012).
Much loved mother of Pieter and his wife Anne, Arthur and his wife Mary, Christina and her husband Albert, Bill and his wife Wendy, Maynard and his wife Elena, Ron and his wife Susan, Nancy and her husband Ted, Doug and his wife Lori, and Rob and his wife Rhonda.
Loved and loving Beppe of Steve (Melanie), Elisa (Adam), Jacqui, Bill (Heidi), Bryan (pre-deceased), Ryan (Brittni), Eric (Mike), Hiliana, Melissa (Doug), Julia (Shane), Brandon (Kristen), Andrew (Samantha), Tim (Amy), Michael (Stacey), Renee (Ben), Marliana (Jamie), Jordan (Kailie), Krista, Jessica, Emily, Sarah.
Proud Beppe (Great-Grandmother) of 30 and Great-Great-Grandmother of 2.
Survived by her sisters Marguerite (late Henk) and Ann (Gordon).
Survived by her sister-in-laws Adrie, Greta and Betty.
Predeceased by her brothers Wytze, Leo and Corey.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Sunday June 12th from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Then to Emmanuel Reformed Church, 401 Rossland Rd. W. Whitby on Monday June 13th from 12:30 pm until time of funeral service in the church at 1:30 Monday afternoon.
Interment will take place at GROVESIDE CEMETERY.
