MOON, John Robert Moon - Peacefully, with his family by his side, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Oak Ridges Hospice, in Port Perry, at age 71.
John Moon, beloved husband of Carol (nee McFarland) of Scugog Island.
Loving father of Laura and her husband Andy Deas of Oshawa, Lisa and her husband Ian Martin of Scugog Island and predeceased by his son John David Moon.
Loved grandpa of Payton and Pierson. John will be missed by his mom Barbara Brodhagen, his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, many close friends and his garage buddy Max.
The family of John Moon will receive friends at the Anglican Church of the Ascension, 266 North Street, Port Perry on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Church at 11 a.m. with Reverend Ruthanne Ward officiating.
Interment Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Oak Ridges Hospice or the Anglican Church of the Ascension.
