SLUTE, Emily Jean Slute - Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on July 18, 2022 at the age of 99 years.
Beloved wife of the late Merle Slute.
Loving mother of Carol Wright (Mark) and the late Allan.
Cherished grandma of Brian (Jolena) and Chris (Hailey) and great grandma of Connor, Zoe, Eden, Charleigh, Jaelon, Amara, Adriel, Payge and Finnley.
Dear sister of Helen Elmhirst, Nola Bolton and Bill Price, she was predeceased by sisters Gladys, Edna, Doris and Lorene as well as brothers Everett and Floyd.
She will be dearly missed by sisters-in-law Doris and Eileen along with countless nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.
A Memorial Service will be held at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH, 116 Church Street Bowmanville on Friday July 22nd at 2 pm, with visitation from 1 – 2 pm.
Memorial Donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Alzheimer’s Society, The Lung Association or Macular Degeneration Foundatio.
