PLASTINA, Rosaria - MARCH 22, 1927 – JULY 29, 2022
With sorrow, the family announces the passing of Rosaria Plastina at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late Carmine whom she was married to for 60 years.
Loving, cherished mother to Peter (Concetta), Maria (Giovanni Celebre) and Frank (Audrey).
Adoring Nonna to Frank Celebre (Anna), Marco (Amy), Rosanna, Carmen (Cori), Anthony (Jenna), Sarah (Anthony Facchini), Reanne and Matthew.
Treasured Great Nonna (Bisnonna) to Giovanni, Diego, Francesco, Lyla, Peter, Michael, Raffaela and Anthony.
Remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews in Canada, and Italy.
Beautiful memories were made with friends locally and with friends in Florida.
Many will remember Rosaria fondly for her wit, perseverance and incredible cuisine.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King Street West (365-800-4833) on Wednesday August 3, 2022 from 2 – 4 and 6 - 8pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish , 91 Ribblesdale Dr. Whitby on Thursday August 4, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
