MELLISH, Karen Lea Mellish - JULY 4, 1968 – OCTOBER 3, 2022
After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Lea Mellish, on Monday, October 3rd, 2022 at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa at the age of 54, Karen passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends.
Beloved wife of George Thomas Mellish 3rd.
Loving mother of Erika Mellish and George Thomas Mellish 4th.
Karen is also survived by her father Bob Latchford (Mary) and her mother Dianne Latchford.
She will be missed by her siblings Kevin Latchford (Tracey), Rob Latchford, (Arlene) and Kelly Goss, her mother-in-law Grace Fabik and sisters-in-law Debbie Gunthard (Troy) and Barb Denyer (Dan).
Visitation will held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on October 8th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
