BOUDEWYN, Peter Paul - April 2, 1941 - October 3, 2022 (Age 81)
It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Paul Boudewyn announce his passing on Monday, October 3, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer in his 82nd year.
Cherished by his wife and the love of his life Yvonne.
Loving father of Micheal (Mary) of Brantford and Kevin (Ash) of New Market and Jennifer (Gary) of Ottawa.
He will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
Peter was born on April 2, 1941, he was the third child of seven to Adrienne and Miep Boudewyn.
He traveled to the orient exporting and importing goods for resale in Canada then he became a representative for Prudential Insurance in Quebec and Ontario.
Prior to retirement he became a custodian for the York Region DSB.
Peter and Yvonne went on missions many times to Africa with Pastor Lou, their experiences and the connections they made with their other parishioners and the people of Africa is one that changed both their ideals and grew stronger in their beliefs of humanity.
Peter will be remembered as a generous loving husband, caring father, brother, and friend to many.
Family and friends are welcome at the Celebration of Peter’s life on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at the Royal Canadian Legion, 109 Franklin St, Uxbridge, from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm.
Cremation has taken place.
