WARNER, Melissa (nee Brace) - Melissa passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry at the age of 46.
Cherished wife of Eric Warner for 19 years.
Proud and devoted mother to Grace, Zoë, Leah and predeceased by her infant son James.
Loving daughter to Cathy Juchau (Richard) and Jack Brace (Julie).
Adored sister and best friend to Michelle Mulroy (Mike). Loved sister-in-law to Bree Bell (Geoff).
Melissa will be sadly missed by her siblings Jason Juchau (Kim), Andrew Juchau (Joanna), Tyler Juchau (Meagan) and Samantha.
Devoted aunt to Averey, Ella, Kate, Stewart, Maeve, Keegan, Caden, Alexa, Mackenzie, Jake, and Jayden. Dear daughter-in-law Ron Warner and Susan Warner.
Melissa will be fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and her many friends including the hockey families that have offered continued support through her journey.
Her unending love for her family will be cherished and her beautiful smile and light will continue to live on in her three beautiful daughters.
A celebration of Melissa’s life and memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby with memorial visitation from 2 - 4 p.m. Memorial service to follow at 4 p.m.
Light refreshments to follow in the funeral home lounge. All are welcome to join the family to continue sharing fond memories of Melissa at The Brooklin Pub, 15 Baldwin Road, Brooklin following the service and reception at the funeral home at 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Melissa’s memory may be made to the Lakeridge Health Cancer Care or Oak Ridges Hospice.
