CAVALLARI, Joe - Peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday November 6th 2022 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 94th year.
Beloved husband of Giuseppina (64 years).
Loving father of Tony (Rose), Nicki (Greg).
Cherished Nonno of Christina ( Mike), Victor (Keyanna), Joseph (Jessica), Julia, Erika (Johnny), Michael, and Christopher (Megan). Great Nonno of Jacob, Hailey, Jolene, and Luna.
Will be missed by his sister Carmela (Luigi). Brother in law of Teresa (Antonino), Salvatore (Sebastiana), Lucia (Antonino), Franca (Giuseppe).
Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Nicolina, son in law of Sebastiana and Corrado, sisters Filomena (Annibole) and Maria, brothers Fedele, and Michele(Maria).
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, family, friends, neighbors, and those that had the pleasure of knowing him.
A Special thank you to the staff of the palliative care unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their compassion and care.
Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, Oshawa, on Friday November 11th from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish in Whitby on Saturday November 12th at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow.
