SIMS, Carl Edward - February 5, 1939 – December 1, 2022
It is with heavy hearts the family of Carl Edward Sims announce his passing at his home on Thursday December 1st 2022, at the age of 83.
Beloved husband of Tracey Sims.
Loved and cherished father to Mark Sims (Kathleen), Todd Sims (Wendy), Kelly Brewer (Shane), Kristy Sims (Jorge), step father to Erin Gardner (Braden) and Kyle Welsh.
He was proud of and will be fondly remembered by his 6 grand children.
Carl had a passion for trains, boats and the great outdoors.
Something he loved sharing with his children and grandchildren.
He was a retired Terminal manager at CP Rail, where he worked for 40+ years."
As per Carl’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
