SMITH, Joanne Ethel (Weed)   -  It is with profound sadness the Smith family announces the sudden passing of Joanne Ethel Smith (Weed).

Joanne was a beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and dear friend. Her memory will be treasured by her family and friends.

Beloved wife to Robert Smith. Loving mother to Tara (Jason) and Craig. Devoted daughter of the late Paul and Jennie Weed. Beloved sister of Gail Knaggs (Bill), the late Peter Weed and Beverley Hodgson (Lloyd).

Joanne was outgoing with a great sense of humour. She loved to talk to people and made friends everywhere she went.

She was a warm and caring person who would do anything for her family. A gifted musician with a passion for singing and playing piano, her home was always filled with music. In her spare time, Joanne volunteered for Hope and Healing International, dictating books for the blind. She will be deeply missed and cherished in our hearts.

Arrangements with Low & Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Hope and Healing International (formerly Christian Blind Mission). Your donation in memory of Joanne will provide hope and healing to children and families struggling with poverty and disability.
