MOORE, Sharon Laraine (Smallwood) Moore - Sharon passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.
Sharon in her 76th year, was the beloved wife of Leighton Moore for 56 years.
Loving mother of Leslie, Michael (Heather) and Stephanie (Rob).
Cherished Gramma of Brock, Carson, Katelyn, Kurtis, Peyton and Liam.
Sharon was the second oldest of four daughters and two sons born to Norman and Marian Smallwood; she is survived by her sisters Bev and Lynne, her brothers Glenn and Jeff; and is predeceased by her sister Dianne.
Sharon worked alongside Leighton on the family farm in Sandford, being involved until her final days.
She enjoyed baking, collecting antiques and time spent with her family.
A Reception and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 starting at 12:00 p.m. at the Sandford Community Hall, 433 Sandford Road, Uxbridge. A Graveside Service will follow the reception at the Sandford Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) would be appreciated by the family.
