HAMMOND, Alfred `Alf` - August 22, 1939 - September 24, 2016
Peacefully at Ajax-Pickering Hospital on Saturday, September 24, 2016 in his 78th year.
Alf was the son of the late Tom and Ella Hammond.
Sadly missed by his sister Gwen Ingram (George) and his brother Bob.
Predeceased by his brothers Bill and Glen.
Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held at CLAREMONT BAPTIST CHURCH on Saturday, October 1 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.
Cremation will follow.
If desired, in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.
