Borchuck FrederickBORCHUK, Frederick Michael  - Passed away at his home with his family by his side on Sunday October 29th, 2017 at the age of 79.

Loved and cherished husband of Donna (nee McLuhan) Borchuk for over 56 years years.

Much loved Dad of Kim Borchuk of Port Perry and Chris Borchuk and his wife Tera of Orono.

Much loved Papa of Brittany, Bradley and Hailey.

Dear brother of George, Ron and his wife Barbara, Pat, Linda and her husband Ed, Don and his wife Cathy, Paul and his partner Ruth, Garry and his wife Ellie and Gail.

Brother-in-law of Gale Lalonde (late Larry), Judy McStravick (Ron Hopper), John McLuhan (Carol), Cheryl McLuhan (Keith).

Fred will be fondly remembered by his many friends, nieces and nephews and their families. 

Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday Nov 11th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Celebration of Life service in the Barnes Chapel Saturday at 11:00 a.m. 

A Reception will follow the service. 

In memory of Fred and in lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Humane Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.
