Christenson EarlCHRISTENSON, Earl G., (C.P.A.)  - September 9, 1926 - November 11, 2017

Passed away peacefully on Remembrance Day in his 92nd year.

Beloved husband to Isabelle for 66 years.

Cherished father of Murray, Paul and Jane Yourkevich (Paul).

Proud grandfather of Neil, Erin Alana and Krista and recently great grandfather to Nash.

Earl was a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Ontario.

He spent the majority of his professional life at Rohm and Haas Canada where he was Chief Financial Officer and father of the company pension plan.

He dedicated his time volunteering with the Oshawa Minor Hockey Association and was the past treasurer for the Oshawa Skating Club.

In retirement he volunteered with the CRA assisting seniors.

Earl will be dearly missed by those who loved him.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, November 14th, from 6:00 ā€“ 8:00 p.m.

Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 15th at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or Salvation Army would be appreciated.
