CALDWELL, Doris M. (WALLER) - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Doris Caldwell of Orono, Ontario, daughter of the late Heber and Gertrude Waller of Relessey and beloved wife of John Caldwell (67 years) on November 28, 2017 (age 96) at Bowmanville Lakeridge Hospital, with her family at her side.

Mother of Bill (Margaret Steedman), Carol (John Coulson), Janice (Bob McKinley) and Robert. Grandmother of Christopher (Tammy Burns), Stephen (Emiko Tsunado), Leanna (Brad Strang), Michelle (Aaron Letourneau), Jonathan (Haya Finan), Allan (Julie Ptaschnik), Catherine (Robbie Pitt), Ryan, Alex and Mitchell.

Great-grandmother of James, Michael, Aiden, McKenzie, Jaycee, Mia, Autumn, Isla Mae and Alice Rose.

But most of all wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, neighbour and friend of those who came to visit her and share her table. She will be sorely missed by all.

Special thanks to St. Saviour's Anglican Church Family, Doctor Ward, the staff of Stutt's Pharmacy, Clarington Paramedics, the ER and the second floor staff at Bowmanville Lakeridge Hospital for their caring and support.

A memorial service will take place in Doris' garden at a date to be determined during the summer of 2018.

If friends so desire, donations could be made to St. Saviour's Anglican Church, Orono or the Bowmanville Hospital.
