Peacefully with family by her side on December 14th, 2017, at Thorntonview Long Term Care at the age of 92.
Wiera, beloved wife of the late Adam.
Dear mother of Chris (Sam) Stravato, Eva Pingle (Mario Tusch), Lydia (Anthony) Waldropt, Patricia Lack (Alan Mack) and Dana (Robert) Sutherland.
Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren.
Cherished Great Grandmother of 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
The family would like to Thank all the nurses and PSW’S of Thorntonview LTC and a heartfelt Thank You to Dorota Dankowska for her numerous years of care.
Visitation was held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Monday, December 18th, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Thornton Cemetery.
Memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
