As many of you already know my loving husband Jamie Lewis passed away on Thursday, December 21st, 2017, at the age of 38 years.
Jamie was a kind loving person who had a big heart. He was the best son, brother, husband, and friend who lived his life to the fullest everyday with no regrets or fear.
Beloved husband of Gloria. Dear Son of Lorie and John Lewis. Loving brother of Jennifer.
The Lewis family are having an open service gathering at the COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Friday, December 29th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a reception gathering will be held on Saturday, December 30th, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children's Wish Foundation.
