Hoch WalterHOCH, Walter  - May 31st 1929 - December 28th 2017

Predeceased by beloved wife Hedi of 67 years.

Loving father of Ingrid Beacom (Warren), Heidi Groff (Glen), Karin Dschankilic (Ken), Patricia Hawkins (Mike).

Cherished Opa of ten grandchildren: Sherry, Michelle, Chris, James, Kimberley, Andrew, Christen, Zac, Lucas and Anna.

Dear Opa of eleven great-grandchildren. Brother of Erika Durang of Köln.

Born in Pirmasens, Germany, Walter sailed The Seven Seas to Canada in 1956 to prepare for his family to follow shortly after.

Walter was a proud German trained tool & die maker who established Pirma Tool & Die with Hedi. He was a brilliant skilled craftsman, well-respected by his peers.

The family greatly benefitted from Walter’s many talents and enthusiastic involvement in projects. He has left a legacy of his handiwork.

Tribute on Friday January 5th at 11 am with Celebration of Life immediately following at 11:30 am to 1 pm. McEachnie Funeral Home, Pickering Village, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Parkinson Canada .
