IRVINE, Walter Lloyd - May 26, 1932 - January 20, 2018
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 20th, 2018, at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by his wife Muriel and son Shane.
Survived by son Stephen (Corinne), daughter Susan Smith; Daughter in-law Carol Irvine; grandchildren Todd and Adam Smith (Leah McCormick), Rachel and Dylan Irvine; and great grandchildren Lily Smith.
Lloyd will be missed by his extended family, in-laws, nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Sharon Crawford. Long - time employee of General Motors (Canada); and a very active life member of the Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club. Lloyd and his "Irv's Shooting Supply" trailer travelled to many guns clubs over the years.
The family is grateful for the wonderful care Lloyd received at the Seasons Clarington and Lakeridge Health. Family and friends will be received at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL 1587 highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484), for visitation on Sunday, January 28th, 2018 from 1:00 pm until time of Service of Remembrance at 2:00 pm.
