WRIGHT, Velma Evelyn – at Victoria House, Orillia, on Saturday, January 27, 2018.

Velma (Brown) Wright of Beaverton was the beloved wife of the late William “Bill” J. Wright.

Loved mother of Sheila (Doug) Jackson of Midland and Nancy (late Gordon) McKinnon of Orillia.

oved grandmother of Brian (Leslie) Jackson, Suzanne (David) Moore, David (Elizabeth) Jackson, Lisa Hawkins, Sherri McKinnon and great-grandmother of Andrew, Spencer, Ryan, Jason, Nathan, Landon, Katie, Braydon, Kayla, Chase, Aaron, Kylie, Ethan and predeceased by Nolan. Sister of Ruth King.

Family and friends will be received at the Mangan Funeral Home, Beaverton on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 1 PM to 2 PM., followed immediately by a graveside service at the Stone Church Cemetery. Following the graveside service, the family invites everyone to join them for a celebration of life gathering at St. Andrew’s United Church, 523 Simcoe St. Beaverton.

If so desired, donations in memory of Velma to Brain Tumor Research at Sick Children’s Hospital or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
