Boswell RussellBOSWELL, Russell Wilfred  - WWII Veteran - (May 4, 1922 - February 1, 2018) -

Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on February 1st, 2018, in his 96th year.

Predeceased by his loving wife Marjorie.

Cherished father of Peter Boswell, Patsy (Barrie Eon) Wild and Lisa (Steve) Stewart.

 

Devoted Papa of Tim Wild, Charlotte (Darren) Lampman, Brittany, John, and Taylor Stewart and his great grandchildren Wyatt, Brody and Greyson.  Survived by his sister Joan Young.

Russell will be deeply missed by his extended family, friends and neighbours.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Thursday, February 8, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, February 9, from 12:00 noon until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.

Interment to take place at Mount Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
