KYDD, Janet Christina 'Ruth' (nee Payne) - Peacefully entered into rest on March 11, 2018 at home surrounded by family, in her 100th year.
Dear wife of the late Ellsworth Kydd (1962).
Loving mother of Joan Popovich (Joe), Walker (Marg), Evelyn Coard (Bryan), Mary, Tom (Yori), Bill (Sharon) and Hugh.
Loving grandmother of Steven Kydd (Jane), Carolyn Peeters (Tim), Gary Coard (Tammy), Nancy Lunn (Stephen), Nadia Ross (Jarvis), Dorothy Farncombe (Jeff), Sarah Kydd, Alex Kydd. Cherished great grandmother of Hunter, Gavin, Nicholas, Owen, Joshua, Jordan, Sylvia, Carter and Lucas.
Janet was predeceased by her siblings Myrtle Spencer (1995), Kathleen Tudge (2004) and twin brother Lloyd (1988). Janet is also predeceased by her daughter Lois Graham (1983)
Many thanks to Dr. Aisha Husain for her great medical care over the past 5 years and to Dr. Henry Wang for his years of excellent care and concern.
A special thank you to the 3 palliative nurses from Community Care and the 2 personal support workers. Our special gratitude to Dr. Hadden, for the caring and endless compassion he showed our mother.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held in the spring.
