O'HALLORAN, John - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dad, John O’Halloran, born October 28, 1933 in Oughterard, Ireland, who passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Uxbridge Ontario.
John was a good man, dedicated to helping his neighbours and friends; he will always be remembered by them for his kindness and caring manner.
John is survived by his son Corby (Jackie), his grandsons Layne and Chase, his brother Dick, his sister Julia and will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends.
John was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Margaret (nee Corbett) and his siblings Patrick, Mary, Phillip, Brigid and Kitty.
Thank you to the wonderful staff and residents at Butternut Manor and the community of Uxbridge for embracing John and creating a wonderful home for him here.
As per his wishes, there will be no funeral service.
If desired, donations in memory of John may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, or honour John’s memory with a random act of kindness.
