WILLSON, Gregory Stanley - (June 13, 1973 - March 14, 2018) -
It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, of Gregory Stanley Willson, in his 45th year.
Greg is predeceased by his father Glenn Willson, and survived by his mother Lorrie Willson, his children Gannon and Locklyn Willson, his siblings Beth (Paul) Cross, Kate (Jason) Craine, Tony (Allison) Willson, and his many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Born in Oshawa, ON, Greg attended Courtice Secondary School, obtained his BA from Rockford University in Illinois, and recently completed his MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
During his career, Greg worked in senior management positions across the oil and gas, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.
Greg is lovingly remembered for his great big mischievous smile, his passion for the family farm, carefree summer days sailing and water-skiing on Balsam Lake, rock-climbing in the southern US, and surfing the breaks on the California coast.
However, his greatest love was reserved for his two wonderful children, Gannon and Locklyn, whom he cherished beyond all else.
There will be a private memorial for close family and friends.
