MEDEIROS, Carlos De Lima - Passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on March 21st 2018 at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of the late Maria do Carmo (nee:Galvao).
Much loved father of Maria (Eric) Vandepol. Cherished vuvu to Chrystal (Curtis) and Aliya.
Dear great-vuvu to Spencer and another great-grandson that he missed meeting by two months.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Lisa for all of your heartfelt care and support. To the student nurses at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville that looked after Carlos: please know that your unfailing compassion will never be forgotten. To the remainder of staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville thank you for keeping Carlos comfortable in his last days.
Friends and family are invited to gather for visitation on Tuesday March 27th from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. a funeral mass will be held at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church (690 King St. E., Oshawa) on Wednesday March 28th at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Thornhill.
